About

Hi, I'm Marthen. Most people call me Martin.

I build software for the moments that matter in a family's life: a parent moving into senior living, a child learning to handle a phone, a couple, a household, a daily habit worth keeping.

What I work on

My main business is ResiOnboarding, move-in and first-90-day software for senior living communities, based in Parker, Colorado. Alongside it I design and ship iPhone apps, each one a small tool for one job: TrustStep for healthy screen-time limits, Kindness 100-Day Challenge for a daily habit of kindness, KeepWise for looking after a home.

What I care about

  • Faith. I am a Christian and a follower of Jesus Christ. I want to share my faith in ways that bless, inspire, equip and encourage others.
  • Family first. Most of what I make starts with a problem in my own home or one I have seen up close.
  • Privacy by default. Many of my apps need no account and keep your data on your device.
  • Simple tools. One clear job per app, done calmly, without clutter.

Where this is going

Family Hub 41 is the home for all of it. I am adding projects as they launch. You can also read my articles on Medium and Substack, browse my short ebooks, and visit my Etsy store, StreamlineFind. If something here is useful to you, or you want to work together, I would like to hear from you.
